Beginners Singing Workshop June 2026

About this Course

You want to learn to sing, combat your nerves and understand your voice. The Beginners Workshop is the ideal place to start.  With the very popular Beginners Course you have a chance to combat your nerves while getting an excellent foundation in singing technique.  With this course you will learn all the basics; good breathing technique, increasing your vocal range, improving your tone as well as combatting those nerves.  We work as a group so you have a chance to develop your confidence and skills in a supportive environment.  You will be preparing two songs as well as a group piece over an 8 week period.  Each week you will sing out loud in front of a very supportive group and understanding teacher.  We will progress up to using a microphone and microphone technique. At the end of this course we will do a class performance (on an elected date) to an 'invitation only' audience. The Beginners Course is an 8 week course with a limit of 8 students.
